With over 60 years experience working within the foundry industry, Arnette can meet the requirements for any tooling application, whether the size of a cup or the size of a car.

Cope & Drag Patterns

Size is not a limitation for Arnette Pattern Company, Inc., when it comes to providing precision, high quality cope and drag patterns.

Core Boxes

Core box patterns in all sizes and configurations are easily created by Arnette’s staff of highly trained pattern makers.

Demanding parts require precise tooling. High quality tooling designed for long production runs requires the attention of exceptional craftsmen who will settle for nothing short of excellence. Master patterns created by Arnette’s staff of highly skilled, motivated, and experienced pattern makers will always meet or exceed your requirements and expectations.

Arnette provides high quality cast aluminum match plates based on your finished master patterns. Whether you provide the pattern, or we manufacture it in our facility, we can eliminate the need for outsourcing your metal casting requirements. This simplifies the procurement and production processes while minimizing finished product lead times.

Molds & Mold Design

Molds

Arnette Pattern Company has been providing high quality industrial molds since 1948. We provide permanent molds, vacuum form molds , and precast refractory molds. We serve a wide range of diverse customers and industries.

We’ll manufacture your custom tooling using manual machining equipment or state-of-the-art CNC machining centers to insure the finished product is made to your precise specificaitons and at the most economical cost to you.

If you’re in the business of providing precast refractory shapes, we offer extensive experience in the design and manufacture of precast refractory molds. Bring us a sketch or model, and we can help you design tooling which will guarantee the tolerances and finish quality of your cast refractory parts. Our design solutions will help you increase production efficiency, minimize production losses and maximize customer satisfaction.

Mold Design

At Arnette, we have decades of experience in the manufacture of high-quality industrial molds. As a result of this experience, we have also acquired an expertise in industrial mold design which now allows us to assist our customers with their most difficult mold design problems.

We can provide recommendations and improvements which will guarantee the functionality of your mold…our extensive material knowledge also ensures mold longevity and the best possible surface finish for your parts.

Prototypes

Close Tolerance Prototype Parts

By integrating our state of the art CAD/CAM software with our numerous CNC machining centers, we provide close tolerance prototype parts of wood, resin, aluminum, polystyrene, cast iron or steel to meet your most complex designs.

Fast Turnaround of Industrial Models

We also offer fast turnaround of industrial models for testing, legal litigation, and special presentations.

Large Footprint Prototypes and Models

If the inability to make large prototype parts and industrial models is your problem, we have the solution. Using our Onsrud 5-axis Machining Center with a capacity of 14-1/2 feet long x 8 feet wide x 4 feet high, we can help you with your large footprint projects. Producing large, cost-efficient prototype parts, industrial models, patterns, and molds made from wood, resin, polystyrene, or aluminum is a snap at Arnette.

Our Onsrud 5-Axis CNC machining center has the ability to perform movement about five different axes simultaneously, thereby providing the following benefits:

• complex shapes can be machined in a single set-up

• feature-to-feature accuracy is improved since the same zero or datum reference frame can be used throughout the entire machining process.

• shorter, more rigid cutting tools can be used at higher spindle speeds • accuracy is improved with very tight tolerances

• better-machined surface finish reduces the time needed for final surface preparation

These benefits to us, result in greater accuracy, reduced costs, and shorter lead times for our customers.
